Hi, I’m Bailey, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, and I love working with kids, teens, and young adults (ages 5–30) as they navigate life’s ups and downs. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodivergence, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel truly understood, supported, and empowered. I also work closely with individuals and families to strengthen communication, build connection, and ease the stress of life transitions.
I know how challenging it can feel to balance school, friendships, family expectations, and the changes that come with growing up. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and explore the tools and strategies that fit best for you.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative, where we work together to highlight your strengths, build skills for managing emotions, and find practical ways to move forward. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they discover their resilience, grow into their most authentic selves, and learn to navigate both the struggles and the joys of life.
